Here is what you can do: start taking INTRABCAA™ before training and continue drinking throughout the session. INTRABCAA™ will improve performance while you are training and work to help minimize muscle damage during training so you can properly recover after training.

Suggested Use

As an adult dietary supplement, mix one scoop of INTRABCAA® with approximately per 6-10 oz. of water, shake rigorously and consume.


Mix as described above and begin use 15 minutes prior to training and consume prior to start of workout.

When taken on an empty stomach a warmth sensation is experienced. Dose may be increased to two servings (2 scoops) but should be done incrementally at 1.5 servings (1.5 scoops). When consuming two servings (2 scoops) a dose of 4 grams of Beta-Alanine is ingested. The challenge, is dealing with the effects of paresthesia (an awkward but harmless tingling sensation) that may be too intense for some at that dose. So establishing tolerance is advised.


Mix as described above and begin use prior to training and consume throughout the workout.

When consuming as an INTRA-WORKOUT one may safely and comfortably double the dose to two servings (2 scoops) and sip throughout the workout in between sets. Among other benefits, doing so, will increase serum levels of the amino acid glutamine. This may help mitigate the risk of excessive muscle trauma (muscle damage) experienced during the workout session. Glutamine has a profound muscle sparing effect. The idea is the less trauma (damage) an athlete / bodybuilder experiences during the workout the faster he may recover.
